Once we receive your "Quotation Request" within the working hours (Monday to Saturday 9am to 6.30pm), our agents will check it and quote you the price. You will receive an email and an SMS as soon as it is updated. You can then log in to your account and view the updated price quotation.
Note : Once you receive the email with your shipping cost updated, click on the "Login Link". This will allow you to approve the quotation.
Your "Warehouse Guide File & Tracking QR Sticker" will not be available until you do so.
Once you click this "Login Link" you will see the message "Thank You" means you successfully confirm your rates.
Note: In some cases, it may take some time to calculate your rate, because it may take time for our agents in each country to obtain the informations such as duty chargers and import regulations.
